Ethel Said:

Shouldn't all nations be putting enormous effort into providing life skills training for all global citizens?

We Answered:

Yeah ... teach compound interest and how to get as mortgage to those in Namibia. Better still child psychology and the UK constitution to the Polynesians.
I think what you are describing is imposing ones social standards on another nationality.

What is the possibility that war is learned rather than an instinctive practice?

We Answered:

all animals know how to fight, it's instinctive.

Arthur Said:

how to develop areas of armed conflict while figthing is going on?

We Answered:

The first strep is lasting security. Nobody is going to build a factory that's going to get blown up the day it's finished. Security is the major obstacle in securing peace. Greed, corruption and ignorance have taken hold.

I believe creep can work both ways. A stable nation surronded by corruption will become corrupt and vise versa. I break down countries as haves (western Europe, Canada, The U.S., Japan, Australia), almost haves (like China, India, South Korea, Mexico, Eastern Europe and Brazil) and the not haves (like most of Africa and southern Asia). I believe if we concentrate on turning the almost haves into haves, it will be much easier to turn the have nots into haves. Look at Iraq. We will be spending nearly $1 trillion by the time we are done with Iraq and that might all go down the drain when we leave. Giving $1 trillion to Central America would probably turn those countries into "haves" in less time with much more guarantee of success.

I'm guessing it will take maybe $7 trillion to turn all of Latin America into "haves" without all the deaths. While it will probably take $20 trillion to do the same for Africa and with several dead. Once we turn the almost haves into haves we can tackle the problem with the not haves, because we will have more help with money and manpower. If we start with the not haves first, nobody is going to be helped.

Ernest Said:

Do I have good resume?? PLEASE HELP!!!!!? I have 3 interviews this week!?

We Answered:

I'm going to assume you have a professional-looking Word document version of the resume to present to prospective employers. (The professional appearance is the first thing a hiring manager will notice - this is your first work product they are going to see, and they will draw immediate conclusions about the quality of your work by the quality of this document.)

You need to work on your "Objective" - this is your chance to tell exactly what your package is, and what sorts of results you might be able to produce for a prospective employer. The opening "To obtain position where my education and negotiation skills can be utilized to the best of my ability." is all about you instead of what you can do for the employer, and needs to be re-worked. Similarly, the last phrase "Talented and motivated personality" tells an employer nothing, and should be deleted. And what do you mean by "100% travel expert"?

The experience section has some good points, but should get more focused on what you accomplished in the job, and what results you produced for your employers and the army, instead of what you were responsible for and your duties. The fact that you were responsible for something doesn't tell an employer that you actually did it well.

Hope this helps. Here's a short article you might like to read:
