Easy - go to collegeboard.com and do a college search. For each of these schools, and as many others as you want, you can do a "How Do I Stack Up?" comparison to the most recent admitted class.

In addition, if you speak Mandarin fluently, that is a huge enhancement to your application.

Williams would be a great school - not so sure about Swarthmore. Look at Haverford if you are open to superb small liberal arts colleges for your Bachelors. Amherst also is a great place to consider.

The biggest problem is that many of your achievements come from your writing skills, yet your lowest SAT section by far is writing. It is very hard to get into Penn as an international student, so I don't think you have a terrific shot.
