Your GRE scores are good, especially the math; what you haven't said is what type of a graduate degree are you trying to get, because straight A's aren't necessary for all graduate programs, just those that are extremely competitive. The other thing we don't know is what kind of a school you got your distance learning degree from. Was it a for-profit, or was it distance learning through a traditional university? That can make a difference as well; distance learning shouldn't be a problem if you did it through an accepted university.

First, don't waste your time or money. The Penn Foster program is not a program that results in a PT degree, or even a PTA degree, rather its for a "tech" or "aide" certification. This is a job that does not require any formal training. You can walk into any PT clinic and be trained on the job. You are not doing any real therapy with people...except in a small number of states where you can set patients up with exercises that have been determined by the therapist. Mostly, this is a job where you may assist the therapist (such as an extra set of hands on a patient, or pushing wheel chair, getting the therapist equipment) or you may just be doing clerical and house keeping tasks. It pays slightly above minimum wage...hardly work the $700 PF charges for the certification.
