Make sure that any online university you consider is regionally accredited (basically means approved by the United States Department of Education). I know that you're working in Saudi, but if you're going to be paying for an American degree, you might as well get it from one that's regionally accredited. Do you know anyone in Saudi who got a job (without connections/wasta) with an AIU degree? It would be best if you can find other AIU graduates there to ask them questions about their AIU experience and how their degrees were received by employers in Saudi.

I think Monty is correct. Why not get a degree from an Indian university that is recognized by the Indian government? Lots of people are working fine in Saudi with degrees from India. Or consider one of the accredited colleges in the list above. Either one is probably a safer choice for you than AIU.

Studying is a great things , but u have to think also about other things in life your 25 and u need to work so that at the age of 40 your able to take care of your self n your kids. But when you continue just studying that means u will have to work more years in future.

I think its better also u look at other options am sure the Job u had was well paying , but i know also u can get a new Job whenever .

But use the chances you have remember there so many guys also studied the same thing like u n there many more freshers coming up , but its your decision to make .

I had recently seen another notification from SYMBIOSIS Pune. For it also search in google and still there is time for you to apply in SYMBIOSIS (DDE)

Also you can do MBA from Pondicherry central university for which there is a recent notification. Directorate of Distance Education is the corresponding cell.
Search for the above and I think this info is enough.

ODU is a reputable state school in Norfolk, VA. It's not the best university, but it's fine. I know several people who graduated with civil engineering degrees from there who do well now. I don't know about their distance learning program, but as long as the program is accredited, I'm sure it's fine. ODU is ABET accredited.

My only concern is about getting a technology degree instead of a straight civil engineering degree. You won't be able to get licensed (as a PE) for several more years with a technology degree, which will hold you back in structural engineering. Look up the experience requirements before you decide.
